I've recently stopped playing Black Ops 2 due to the decreasing quality of online play. Lag Comp, Bullet Curving, Hit Markers, Campers, Hackers etc...have made the online mode no longer enjoyable. It would be nice if Activision would allow players to gain xp in Custom Games. But also allow players to unlock gun camos, emblems, and calling cards also. A good amount of players who are PM got it by doing Custom Game XP glitches before it was patched, so I don't see the big deal in letting all players do it without having to glitch. If they were to allow this, I would start playing again and purchase all the DLC, but until then, I'll just continue to enjoy Unreal Tournament 3.

There absolutely no way they will let you earn xp from private games which is the way it should be. People would just boost the hell out of it to get max ranked as soon as possible.

Brilliant idea, kills against bots should also count towards kd, as should any kills in campaign.

this is the exact reason FIFA 13 swapped from one virtual pro to an offline pro and an online pro, i'd see all my buddies in fifa 12 playing bray wanderers (statistically worst team in the game) and winning like 45 - 0 to boost their pro. Online and Offline should remain seperate for xp and levelling. just my opinion.

Who cares if people would use it to rank up quicker, or who cares if it would count towards k/d, why does everyone care so much about k/d? XP in Custom Games would be nice for people like me who aren't that good and have a job and don't play 18 hours a day.

If you're not playing online, what do you need XP for? Everything is unlocked in custom games, so leveling up has no bearing. Your logic is as bad as your idea.

If you read my original post, I said it would also be nice to be able to unlock gun camos, emblems, and calling cards. These things are only unlocked during online play. I do try to play online, but im a low level and not great at CoD, so its frustrating when I'm put in rooms full of PM's who have everything unlocked. XP in Custom Games would allow less skillful players to unlock more stuff for online play quicker to at least give us a fighting chance against PM's and higher levels.

I'm a grown man with two kids and a job and I play when I can. I suck. I deal with it. You should, too. Killing bots is fun sometimes when getting stomped online gets frustrating, but you certainly shouldn't earn anything for it.

I have a job and 3 kids. I play when I get a chance and I've managed Prestige Master. It took longer than if I didn't have responsibilities, but it's still doable. You're entitled to want what you want...but what you're wanting will never happen.

I LULD so hard at this for like 5 minutes straight. Great post. A bit much maybe, but freaking funny as shite
